Established in 2005, Venex Co., Ltd. focuses on "recovery", which is necessary for improving performance, among the three elements of health: "exercise", "nutrition", and "recovery", and it develops, manufactures and sells recovery wear exclusively for recovery. Venex's recovery wear was developed for the first time in Japan using PHT (Platinum Harmonized Technology) fibers kneaded with "DPV576", a material that uses a proprietary patented technology containing minerals such as nano-platinum. Based on the concept of "maximizing the self-healing power that humans have", it was born through industry-academia-government collaboration with Tokai University, Kanagawa Prefecture, and our company. Since its release in February 2010, it has been used by many customers, including top athletes and celebrities, for the purpose of recovering from fatigue and supporting restful sleep. From the end of January 2023, it has become a consolidated subsidiary of Premier Anti-Aging Co., Ltd.

Premier Anti-Aging (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has been rolling out overseas businesses mainly in Asia. Recognizing China as a priority region with its cosmetics market continuing to grow in size, the Group established a Chinese subsidiary in Shanghai with the aim of expanding its business in the Chinese market and building a high-profit structure over the medium to long term.
In April 2021, we entered into a strategic alliance with leading Chinese technology company Tencent to build a joint cross-border social media e-commerce project to expand sales in the Chinese market for the DUO skincare brand.
By collaborating with Smart Retail Solutions, which integrates a platform utilizing cutting-edge technology within the ecosystem of Tencent's "Weixin" communication tool, we will attain a new cross-border social D2C model in the Chinese market and expand sales of our DUO brand as well as CANADEL, sitrana and immuno in the Chinese market.
