1. Basic Policy on Information Disclosure

Premier Anti-Aging, Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has a policy of promptly disclosing information about the Company to stakeholders including shareholders and investors based on the principles of transparency, fairness, and continuity, in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as "Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information" (hereinafter referred to as "Timely Disclosure Rules") of the Securities Listing Regulations established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
We will also proactively and fairly disclose any information that we deem important or useful for shareholders and investors to understand the Company through our IR page and other means, even if it does not fall under the scope of laws and regulations or Timely Disclosure Rules.
We will not disclose personal information, customer information, or information that might infringe on the rights of related parties.

2. Methods of Information Disclosure

Information required by laws and regulations and the Timely Disclosure Rules is disclosed promptly and fairly through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Electronic Disclosure for Investors' NETwork (EDINET), an electronic disclosure system for securities reports and other disclosure documents under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. The information is also promptly posted on the Company's IR page after being disclosed through these systems.
Information that does not fall under the scope of laws and regulations or Timely Disclosure Rules will also be widely disclosed by posting on the Company's IR page if it is deemed important or useful.
Please note that the timing of information disclosure on our IR page might be delayed due to system problems, preparation for posting, or other reasons.

3. Future Prospects

Earnings estimates disclosed by the Company, news releases, Q&A sessions at financial results briefings and analyst meetings and other items may contain information related to future earnings forecasts.
These are forward-looking statements based on the Company's judgments and assumptions in light of the information available to the Company at the time of disclosure, and also include variable factors such as economic conditions and other uncertainties. Therefore, please be aware that actual results to be announced in the future may change due to these various factors.

4. Quiet Period

Acting from the perspective of preventing the leakage of financial information and ensuring fairness in the information disclosure, the Company designates the period from the day following the last day of each fiscal quarter to the date of announcement of financial results for that period as a quiet period. During this period, the Company refrains from answering questions or making comments on financial results and earnings forecasts.
However, the Company will disclose information that is subject to laws and regulations or the Timely Disclosure Rules in a timely and appropriate manner even during the quiet period.
