Yoichiro Ito
After involved in legal practices as a Japanese lawyer at a Japanese domestic law firm, Yo Ito joined Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd. Tokyo Branch (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd.). He engaged in domestic and overseas M&As, financial advisory for capital market transactions, etc. in the Investment Banking Division of the company, and in 2010 he was promoted to Managing Director. For many years, he has been involved in the development and execution of financial, business and M&A strategies and capital policies for clients at the company.
He joined the Company in September 2022 as Managing Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Division.
He was appointed as Director, Managing Executive Officer, CFO and Head of Corporate Division of the Company in October 2022. He is promoting the enhancement of the Company's corporate function by utilizing his global and highly professional experience.
He has served as Director of Venex Co., Ltd. since August 2024.
Currently serving as Executive Advisor at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.
