Yuka Uehara
After graduating from university, Yuka Uehara joined Goldman Sachs Securities Co., Ltd. After that, she built a career at several securities companies in Japan and the United States, including Merrill Lynch Securities Co., Ltd. (currently BofA Securities Co., Ltd.), where she was in charge of advising and supporting Japanese companies, government agencies, and public institutions in raising funds through the stock market and other capital markets, as well as in investor relations activities.
She joined the Company in May 2022 as Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Communications Division.
She leads IR, public relations, ESG and culture promotion activities with her extensive knowledge, high level of expertise and network in capital markets on a global level.
Since December 2021, she has also served as an outside director (audit and supervisory committee member) of Retty, Inc. and an outside director of Net One Systems Co., Ltd. since June 2024.
