Handling of Personal Information
We, Premier Anti-Aging Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) establish a privacy policy (the “Policy”) regarding the protection of Personal Information and handle Personal Information appropriately in accordance with this Policy. The capitalized terms used in this Policy shall have the same meanings defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “Act”).

- To implement questionnaires, post-purchase feedback, or recruitment of product tester.
- To conduct research and analysis for the purpose of product development, marketing, and provide customers with proposals based on the results thereof.

■Provision Personal Information to Third Parties
Except to the cases as below, the Company shall not provide the Personal Information with any third parties without the prior consent of each Person:
- Where it is based on laws and regulations.
- Where it is necessary for holding the life, body, property, or other rights or interest of the Person harmless, and be difficult to obtain the consent of the Person.
- Where it is specially necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and be difficult to obtain the consent of the Person.
- Where it is necessary for cooperating with a state organization, a local government, or an individual or a business operator entrusted by one in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the Person are likely to impede the execution of the affairs.
- Where it is otherwise permitted by applicable laws.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company may provide and entrust Personal Information to a third party within the scope necessary for the achievement of the aforementioned Purpose of Utilization. In addition, the Company may provide information that are encrypted and/or pseudonymized to be by itself unable to identify a specific person to companies providing services related to advertisement or website optimization for the purpose to deliver advertisements customized in accordance with the interest of our customers, evaluate its effectiveness, and improve our products and services.
Provision of Personal Information to the Company shall be made voluntarily and optionally, however, refusal of provision may result in disadvantages due to our inability of performance related to our services.
■Information Related to Retained Personal Data
The Company shall correspond to requests from the Person or his/her representative for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure of his/her retained Personal Data and/or the record of provision to third parties, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, elimination and suspension of provision to third parties (the “Requests”) as follows.

- Procedures for Requests for Disclosure, etc.
(1) Upon receiving Requests, the Company will send you a specific request form (the “Request Form”).
(2) Please fill out the Request Form and send it back to the Personal Information Inquiry Desk together with the following documents for your identity verification, and those of your representative (only in case the Request made by a representative).
(3) A fee of 1,000 Japanese Yen shall be charged per Request.

■Security Control Measures
The Company shall comply with the Act, relevant laws and guidelines, and take necessary and proper measures for the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage, and other security control of the Personal Data.
- Establishment of the basic policy
In order to ensure the appropriate handling of Personal Data, the Company has established the basic policy on protection of Personal Information pertaining to complying with the Act, relevant laws and guidelines, contact point for questions and grievance, etc.
to ensure that personal information is properly processed and to publicize a point of contact that deals with questions and complaints.
- Rule for handling of Personal Data
For each stage such as obtaining, use, storage, provision, deletion/disposal, etc., of retained Personal Data, we have established the Personal Information Protection Regulation regarding obtaining methods, responsible managers and officers, and their duties.
- Organizational security measures
(1) The Company have appointed a manager who is responsible for handling Personal Data, and staffs who are authorized to handle Personal Data and as well as the scope of authorized use of Personal Data clearly, and we have set up a reporting system in place to report to the manager for any existing or potential violation of laws and regulations.
(2) The Company has also put in place regular self-assessments and audits conducted by other departments and external organizations to check how Personal Information is handled.
- Administrative security measures
(1) The Company holds regular trainings for its employees to learn the key points in handling Personal Data.
(2) All our employees are required to submit to the Company a written oath on confidentiality obligation of Personal Information.
- Physical security measures
(1) In areas where Personal Data is handled, the Company has taken measures on entry and exit control, and restrictions on devices allowed to bring into such areas, and prevention from unauthorized browsing of Personal Data.
(2) The Company has also taken measures on prevention the theft or loss of devices and documents that contain Personal Data, and prevention of inadvertent exposure during transporting such devices and documents on or off the Company premises.
- Technical security measures
(1) Access controls have been implemented to limit the number of accessible staffs and the scope of Personal Information database.
(2) A protection system has been also implemented that prevents information system handling Personal Data from unauthorized access and malicious software.
■Obtaining and Use of Demographic Information and Action History
The Company may obtain and use the data that is so-called cookies, unique identifiers to each devices, and other data basis of similar technologies for data collection (collectively “Cookies, etc.”) in the course of using access analysis tools including Google Analytics by Google LLC.
Cookies are text files stored on your devices by web servers. Cookies will be void and deleted by your browser setup, but if all cookies are void and deleted, you may not be able to use some of our services.
Cookies, etc. shall not be subject to the Personal Information so long as it does not contain information that is able to identify a specific person, however, the Company may link such Cookies, etc. with your Personal Information, then we shall handle them as Personal Information entirely including the Cookies, etc.
■Information related to Anonymously Processed Information
- Preparation of Anonymously Processed Information
The Company may regularly prepare information that is produced from our retained Personal Information so as neither to be able to identify a specific individual nor to be able to restore the Personal Information (“Anonymously Processed Information”). We shall not provide Anonymously Processed Information to any third parties.
- Information related to individuals and contained in Anonymously Processed Information
The Company prepares Anonymously Processed Information by hashing, partly deletion, replacement, and other appropriate methods so as to neither be able to identify a specific individual nor be able to restore the Personal Information.
